BOARD MEMBERS
| Rob James - President |
Rob is a long time resident of Edmonton, Alberta and has been involved in the Edmonton tennis community for over 25 years. Although Rob does not now play tennis competitively, his three children, currently 15, 13 and 11 years of age, are involved in competitive tennis. Rob has been practicing law with the firm of Parlee McLaws since 1984. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree (with distinction) and Bachelor of Laws Degree, both obtained from the University of Alberta. Rob's community contributions include involvement as past director of WIR Workright Inc., past director of the Cornerstone Counseling Centre, past director of ABC Head Start, past director of the Capilano Community League, past director of the Capilano Tennis Club and current director of the Edmonton Junior Golf Association.

| Gord Inglis - Vice President |
With a MSc. in physical education and a BSc. in business Gord has been employed by Red Deer College since 1980. As chairperson of Kinesiology & Sport Studies, as well as an instructor in biomechanics, measurement & evaluation and tennis activity, Gord shares his strong educational background and leadership qualities with the sports community. A member of the Red Deer Tennis Club since 1967, he served as club president from 1999-2001. He chaired the 1999 Canadian National U18 Tennis Championships, and since 2002 has served as president of the Central Alberta Sport Development Alliance (CASDA).

| Keith Porter - Vice President Finance |
Keith has been involved in tennis throughout his life, as a junior and collegiate tennis player, coach and administrator. He has represented Canada several times on senior national teams. He was Vice President - Finance and Administration for the Ontario Tennis Association from 1999 to 2004, and President of the OTA from 2005 to 2007. Having come out of the community tennis club system, he is committed to the development of community tennis throughout Alberta. Keith is a chartered accountant and has worked for a major oil company for the past 28 years

| Henry Shen - Director |
Henry Shen's strong interest in tennis can be seen through his active involvement in the tennis community. Henry served as an executive member of the Mount Pleasant Club 1986-87 and has also assisted the Tennis Academy with their IT needs. Henry is a certified lines official and has volunteered at the futures tournaments in Calgary and Edmonton. He has also assisted in the Davis Cup Peru/Canada event. In addition, Henry also finds time to use his IT expertise to help charitable organizations such as Saint Vincent de Paul Society.

| Hans Maciej - Director |
Hans Maciej has been active in the sports community for over 50 years. He was a founding member of the Calgary Olympic Development Association and was actively involved with the organization from 1960's to the 1980's. Hans was instrumental in the 1972 bid for the Winter Olympics and also helped to secure the 1988 Winter Olympics in Calgary. He served on the Mount Pleasant Tennis Club board ten times and introduced a program of free instruction for beginners and new members, which he has continued to teach for 35 years. Hans has also served as the director of the Glencoe Tennis Club and is currently active with the national and provincial tennis body.

| Ralph Platz |
Ralph Platz has been involved in tennis for over 30 years as a competitive player and a coach. He has coached players from the grass roots level up to the profession ranks. He has worked with many professional players including Helena Sukova, Laura Granville and Sahori Obata. Since returning to Calgary after working for Tennis Corporation of America in Chicago, Ralph has been the Head Tennis Professional at the Calgary Racquet and Athletic Club and most recently the High Performance Coach at the Glencoe Club where he produced three different national champions. Currently, when not doing contract work for Tennis Canada, Ralph's passion is his work as a private traveling coach for players on the ITF circuit who wish to pursue professional tennis. |

| Dave LaBarre |
Dave has been involved in the marketing and trading of commodities for
over 20 years. From 1985 to 2001 Dave helped create and was a major principal
with Canpet Energy Group Inc, a Calgary, Alberta based crude oil and liquids
trading business. In 2003 Dave co-established Baseline Emissions Management, an
emission offsets trading company.
Baseline markets emission offsets into the emerging greenhouse gas emissions
trading markets and was merged with Blue Source from Salt Lake City in February 2008. Dave sits on
the tennis committee at the Glencoe Club in Calgary and in his spare time follows his two
competitive tennis player sons around the province and country to tournaments.

| Iryna Laschuk
|
Iryna is an active member of the tennis community at both the Saville Centre and the Royal Glenora Club. Her interest in high performance programming moved her to take a position on the Tennis Alberta Board and support the development of excellence in tennis programming for all levels and all age groups. She has two boys who currently are involved in competitive tennis. Iryna is a Certified General Accountant and a managing partner in an Edmonton based management consulting firm.
