RANKING SYSTEM
Players receive points based on the round in which they lose, or if they become the tournament champion. Points are constructed on a round by round basis.
Junior Open and B Rankings
Based on a 52-week rollover system, points from the previous 52 weeks make up total, and each week points are added and drop off as the date changes. Ranking points consist of a total of five best results. Points are reflected in the table below.
Adult Rankings (open, play tennis, senior, wheelchair)
Based on a 52-week rollover system. Ranking points consist of a total of best three results. Points are reflected in the table below.
Star Value
Please note that tournament points are sometimes multiplied by a star value. The star value is dependant on the strength of the tournament or draw. For example junior national selection tournaments are multiplied by a star value of 2.
